We strive to process all orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 72 hours, excluding weekends. Once processed, please allow additional business days for delivery.

Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the associated shipping costs, including any redelivery attempts. We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Depending on the item, larger products may ship directly from the manufacturer, while smaller items are usually sent from our warehouse.

Shipping Timeline & Availability

Most items arrive within 15–28 business days. Orders for in-stock items are generally shipped on the next business day. For items not currently in stock, we will not charge your credit card until the time of shipment.

If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, you will receive an email by the following business day with an estimated shipping date. Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email containing tracking details, the expected delivery date, and the shipping method used.

Order Verification & Large Orders

For large-volume orders or those shipping to certain locations, we may conduct additional security reviews. If so, we will reach out to you by email or phone as needed. In limited circumstances, we may charge your card up to seven days prior to shipment for verification purposes. You will be notified if any such procedures apply to your order.

Estimated Shipping & Delivery Dates

Shipping and delivery estimates are calculated based on item availability and the shipping option selected. Estimated dates will be shown during checkout. After your order is placed, you can view the shipping and delivery estimates in your order confirmation email.
